Eating too much salt can increase your risk of stomach cancer and high blood pressure. Instead, flavor your meals with the fresh herbs and spices featured in our guide below.

Use this journal to track how much salt you eat each day. Limit the amount of sodium you eat to 1,500-2,400mg per day. And, try to avoid foods with more than 600mg of sodium per serving.
