The CS&E Fellowship establishes a body of health care providers and affiliated professionals with content expertise in health care delivery and quality improvement, and a specific commitment to service in the administration, education and application of quality improvement initiatives at MD Anderson.

CS&E is a practical, in-depth course that provides physicians, clinicians and administrators skills and knowledge to lead breakthrough change initiatives. The intent is to promote sustained individual involvement in significant improvement initiatives to enhance a culture of continuous improvement and organizational learning.
