Information Centers
Staff and volunteers assist patients with clinic schedules, directions and arrangements for taxis, shuttles, Metro buses and more. Information Center hours are 6:30 a.m.-10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Get Directions

Concierge Desks
Volunteers assist with directions around MD Anderson and Houston. They also help with transportation to hotels/motels, housing information, locations for local restaurants, shopping locations, various places of interest and other resources. Concierge desk hours are 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
