Guest Relations
Patient Guest Relations is located in the Rotary House International. Our patient representatives are trained to meet the unique needs of M. D. Anderson patients and families staying at the Rotary House. We act as liaisons between the patients, hospital and Rotary House, addressing concerns, complaints and issues. The staff is bilingual (Spanish) and certified in CPR.
Patient representatives are available 7 days week. Call (713) 794-4750.
Volunteer Patient Representatives assist professional staff members in meeting your needs while away from home. Volunteers can provide general information about M. D. Anderson, the Houston area, and driving directions in addition to available services at the Rotary House.
