Day Away
The Day Away program offers patients, caregivers and Anderson Network members the opportunity to take day trips to attractions in and around the Houston area. Each trip leaves from the Jesse H. Jones Rotary House International, 1600 Holcombe Blvd., at M. D. Anderson on a chartered bus. Programs typically last four to six hours.
Past trips include The George Bush Presidential Library, Space Center Houston, Moody Gardens, Old Town Spring, The George Ranch and Brenham.

Cost: FREE (you are responsible for your light rail ticket $2.50 round trip)
