Laila K. Mina
Laila is a native of Egypt. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Accounting and speaks fluent Arabic and English. Laila has been employed with M. D. Anderson for twenty years. She first started with Patient Business Services as a supervisor for the Reconciliation section. In 1994, Laila joined the International Center where she has been assisting all Embassy and Consulate’s patients with their financial issues. E-mail Laila at lmina@mdanderson.org

Joann M. Reyes
Joann was born in Corpus Christi, Texas but was raised in Houston. She speaks fluent English and Spanish and has over thirteen years of experience in the medical field. Joann joined M. D. Anderson in 1999. Prior to becoming a part of the International Center, she worked in the Genitourinary and Melanoma Centers handling the financial aspects of the new patient referrals.
