Consultation
Before you receive your first proton therapy treatment, you will have a consult visit with the radiation doctor who will manage your treatment and a radiation oncology nurse. During the consult visit, your doctor will examine you and explain the treatment options that he or she recommends. Together, you and your doctor will discuss which treatment option is best for you.
