Urologic Cancer Research
We are committed to identifying the causes of cancers of the Prostate, Bladder, Kidney and Testes, and to the development of new effective treatments for current and future patients. As federal funding for cancer research becomes more competitive and scarce, donor gifts make it possible for us to maintain and expand our research programs.
Our basic science and clinical research efforts cover:
- The molecular basis of carcinogenesis and cancer progression
- Early detection and cancer prevention
- Minimally invasive surgical intervention
- Effective whole-body therapies for locally advanced and metastatic disease
