Many small donations make up the "bridge funding" that researchers may receive if grant funding for a project runs out. The flow of great ideas continues uninterrupted with the help of Annual Fund donors who give an average of $125 on the online credit card form.

- Endowments - a gift in perpetuity to support programs or create fellowships, professorships and chairs
- Gifts of Stock - how to make a tax-advantaged donation
- Gifts to Specific Programs - choose from these programs to advance patient care, research, education and prevention or specify a favorite
- Holiday Greeting Card Program - allows you to honor and remember family, friends and clients in a memorable way while supporting programs that directly benefit the patients of M. D. Anderson
- McCombs Institute for the Early Detection and Treatment of Cancer - interconnected programs with molecular-based approaches to cancer diagnosis and treatment
- Matching Gifts - information and a list of employers who will match your gifts
- Memorial and Honor Gifts- by credit card on the Online Donation Form, by mail with the Mail-In Donation Form or send an e-mail to request personalized envelopes to giving@mdanderson.org
- Planned Gifts - information on wills, bequests, life insurance, qualified retirement plans, real estate, charitable remainder trusts, gift annuities, pooled income funds and other ways to plan ahead
- Community Events - a national calendar of events and ways to participate ranging from 5K races to galas, all benefiting M. D. Anderson
