How You Can Help

SCOPE Run for Colorectal Cancer

The 5th Annual SCOPE Fun Run: March 27, 2010
Please check back in early January 2010 for updates

SCOPE LogoColorectal cancer is the third most common cause of cancer found in men and women and the second leading cause of cancer death. It is estimated that approximately 148,810 people will be diagnosed with colorectal cancer this year, resulting in 49, 960 deaths. However, colorectal cancer relative to other malignancies is a preventable cancer. Thanks to colorectal cancer screening and advances in treatment, the death rate from colorectal cancer has declined. Yet, it is estimated that less than 50% of eligible people actually get screened. Colorectal cancer screening can help save lives. SCOPE invites you to partner with us to build awareness, promote education and celebrate survivorship!
