How You Can Help

Make a Quilt

The teal ribbon quilt block pattern was created for our project, and has been distributed at the Houston International Quilt Festival for the past six years. Many thanks to all the quilters who donated quilt blocks and quilts for the 2009 auction.  We received 107 quilts in all.  Although we are no longer accepting blocks or quilts for this year's auction, we encourage you to consider donating in the future.  Here's how:

Create a Quilt Block

  • Print out our teal ribbon quilt block pattern, or contact us to have the pattern mailed to you
  • Use our rotary cutter directions to cut the fabric pieces
  • Submit your quilt block to any of the participating quilt shops, or
  • Mail to:
    M. D. Anderson Cancer Center
Department of Gynecologic Oncology - Unit 1362
    P.O. Box 301439
    Houston, TX 77230-1439
