- Consultation on experimental and clinical trial design involving immune monitoring
- ELISA on select cytokines/chemokines
- ELISA for screening antibodies in cancer patients against select tumor antigens
- ELISPOT assays (e.g., IFN-gamma, IL-4, Granzyme B)
- Recall antigen response assay to screen for immunocompetence of cancer patients
- Epitope screening using overlapping 15-mer peptide libraries
- Leukocyte phenotype analysis with FACS (1-8 color)
- Phospho-FACS assays of cytokine signaling in lymphocytes
- Intracellular cytokine staining (IFN alpha, TNF-alpha)
- HLA tetramer/pentamer/dextramer staining to track antigen-specific T cells
- Cell proliferation assays (MTT, CFSE)
- Multiplex cytokine assays using Luminex-100 and MSD platforms
