Human Pedigree Analysis Resource

The Human Pedigree Analysis Resource (HPAR) was developed to support the clinical and research needs of the Human Clinical Cancer Genetics programs. This resource provides comprehensive data management for family studies of cancer. Database development for the collection of family data is provided, as are the production of standardized questionnaires for the collection of clinical data from extended families. The database systems include components for tracking clinical contacts with family members and can accommodate the collection of specimens and medical records from subjects.
