How to Begin Using Services at the Genomics Core Facility
Before requesting services, all users of the microarray core need to have an approved project on the LIMS. To submit projects online follow the steps outlined below. All projects submitted will undergo reviews from three approvers: Science, Technology and Biostatistics. Project approval typically takes about one week. In the event that a project is rejected, an investigator can respond to the reviewers’ concerns and resubmit the project.
Steps to follow for project submission:
- Meet with statistical analyst to discuss project.
Statistical analysts are available every Wednesday between the hours of 1:30-3 p.m. at HMB13.204A. You do not need an appointment. He/she will be able to help you decide the number of samples needed and answer any additional questions. Please contact the Department of Biostatistics for further details. - Complete form below and e-mail to Mini Kapoor or Sarah Rizvi.
This form must be completed by the principle investigator.
