What We Do

Perform reverse phase protein arrays on the samples received from customers
Perform custom antibody validation using a reverse phase protein array
Provide standard operating procedures needed for the extraction of proteins from cell lines and tumor tissue for use in the reverse phase protein array studies
Perform primary data analysis using custom software to determine signal intensity, curve construction and relative protein expression and modification
Perform protein extraction from tumor tissue, upon request (with additional charge), for use in the reverse phase protein array studies (see Pricing)
Provide updated lists of antibodies for reverse phase protein array studies:
- Standard list containing 130 antibodies
- Optional list with additional charge (see Pricing)
Provide robust information using a panel of antibodies

Prices are per sample for a panel of 130 antibodies (from the standard antibody list)
Additional antibodies (from MD Anderson optional antibody list) – $300 per sample set for each antibody
Investigator-supplied antibody – $750 per sample set for each antibody
We charge $100 data processing fee per data set for a heatmap of unsupervised hierarchical clusters and another heatmap for "Samples in the order as submitted."
- If you submit a set of sample prepared from human cell lines and another set of sample prepared from mouse xenografts and want to have two separate sets of heatmaps (for human cell lines and mouse xenografts), the data processing fee will be $200 for the two-data set.
- Similarly, if you submit 80 samples from a study with four independent treatments and want to have four separate heatmaps for each treatment, data processing fee will be $400 for the four data sets.

For Academic Institutions
