RPPA Submission & Payment
Our lab will not start processing until we receive and approve your online service request. Please click on the link below to set up an account with iLab and initiate RPPA requests.
Please email CCSGRPPA@mdanderson.org to set an appointment for sample submission, once your online request has been initiated and approved. Appointments will be made Monday-Friday between 9:00am to 4:00pm. Samples must be given to Keri Sherman (No other lab members will accept your samples on her behalf)
INSIDE MDACC: PeopleSoft Account Number
OUTSIDE MDACC: Our preferred method of payment is by Credit Card. You can complete the Credit Card Authorization Form and upload it with the online request form (There are instructions on the iLab site for this).
We can also accept a PO (Purchase Order) or Wire Transfer if paying by credit card is not possible. Please Click Here to obtain our MDACC Institutional Information to help you create your PO.
Our goal is to return data within 8-10 weeks of sample submission. However, based on workload or equipment failure, analysis may occasionally take 12 weeks. We do everything possible to shorten the time-line while maintaining high quality and low cost.
