Cancer Survivorship Algorithms
Survivorship algorithms depict best practices for care delivery by providing patients management tools to patients under surveillance for cancer recurrence and secondary cancers. Patients are transitioned to Survivorship once there is no evidence of disease for a specific time period dependent on the patient’s cancer site.
