15th Annual Course on Contemporary Issues in Cytopathology

Program
During this one-day course participants will attend lectures presented by recognized professionals in cytopathology. In addition, clinical faculty will offer two workshops, and cytotechnology students will present posters.
Objectives
Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:
- Cytologic criteria for diagnosing body cavity fluids and helpful ancillary diagnostic tests
- Understanding the future of cytotechnology profession and new developments
- Various molecular and Immunocytochemistry techniques and the role of the cytotechnologist
- Recognizing light microscopic criteria for diagnosing conditions of the breast on fine needle aspirations
- Identifying morphology of cells from unknown gynecologic cases and consider differential diagnoses
Continuing Medical Education Credits
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive 5.5 “R” credits awarded by the American Society of Cytopathology.

Fee Payment
Full payment must accompany registration for the 15th Annual Course on Contemporary Issues in Cytopathology. Fees for the course are as follows:

- Student: No charge
- Vendor: $120
The above fees include lunch and all course materials.
