19.0 Accreditation
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to identify, for the student, visitor or site visitor, the programmatic accreditation agencies for each School of Health Professions program.
Policy Statement
The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center School of Health Professions programs*are accredited and approved by one of these accrediting agencies:

- National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS)
- Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)
- Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP)
* The Medical Dosimetry and Radiation Therapy Programs are accredited by JRCERT. The Diagnostic Imaging Program is in the application process.
