Awards

The Awards Committee has identified three award types available to Experimental Therapeutics Academic Program students:FY2011 ETAP Student Award Winners

  • Student Awards are based on research and publications. Six awards of $500 each will be presented annually — one entry per student is permissible. Three awards are presented pre-candidacy and three post-candidacy.
  • Travel Awards are based on abstract submission to a national meeting. Eight awards of $750 each are available each year (during three periods). Students are eligible for one award each academic year.
  • Student Apple Award is based on a point system of various program functions and activities.  The Program Manager keeps track of attendance and student support, as well as student recruitment.  The winner is announced at the annual retreat.
