There is no fee for the symposium, but we ask that you still complete and submit a Registration Form (pdf).
Accommodations
Hotel accommodations can be made at any nearby hotel, but we recommend the Crowne Plaza - Reliant Park, as we will be shuttling meeting attendees from this location to M. D. Anderson for the symposium on both days.
