Program Activities

The Cancer Biology Program provides many opportunities for students and faculty to interact both socially and scientifically. Our social activities foster a sense of community that helps both students and faculty exchange new ideas and meet old friends.

Boot Camp 2014

The Cancer Biology Program modules on August 20, 2014 were a huge success!  We had over 20 faculty and students participate in the event.  Each module was be led by an expert faculty and a TA.  We had a fun 4-station module format that allowed students to experience the different aspects of the CBP program.  The students were able to see actual human tumor pathology, metastasis in mice, and review biology and genetics with expert faculty.  The event was aimed at enhancing interactions among faculty and students.
