Pap/Pelvic Workshop Module
Description
This module is a two-day program that teaches the basics of performing a Pap smear and pelvic exam. Participants will learn to recognize normal and abnormal findings of pelvic examination, to perform Pap smear collection and specimen preparation, and discuss Pap smear interpretation. Participants will practice comprehensive pelvic exams on live, healthy female models. Participants who attend this module should be prepared to have an experienced preceptor assist them upon return to their practice.
