Project: Dose Response Modeling of Radiation Pneumonitis
My work is focused on improving the accuracy of mathematical models that predict the rate of lung radiation pneumonitis. Specifically, I am working on improving the accuracy by incorporating information about varying regional lung sensitivity to radiation dose. The model will then be used to design personalized treatment plans for radiation therapy patients.
