Project: Validation of Spine/Lung Phantom for Remote Dose Verification
I work in the Radiological Physics Center (RPC). The RPC's mission is to provide quality assurance for institutions participating in clinical trials. The RPC accomplishes this mission is by mailing anthropomorphic phantoms loaded with TLD and gafchromic film for participating institutions to irradiate. I am currently commissioning a phantom for the quality assurance of spinal radiation therapy protocols; this entails treatment planning, dose measurement, and comparison of the two.
