The top-rated 2011 Baylor and MD Anderson Hematology and Medical Oncology Board Review Course was held in Houston from September 17 to 22, 2011. If you missed the course, the entire proceedings are now available on DVD. It can be viewed either on an iPod/iPad or on a computer.
