- Conduct annual analysis of women faculty by tenure status and academic rank
- Develop metrics and benchmarks to assess:
- gender demographics and equity

- faculty searches for gender equity
- faculty salaries
- Adopt best practices from academia and other industries
- Communicate the fact-based institutional view within the organization
