Geriatric Learning Modules

These six online educational modules cover geriatric issues commonly experienced by older surgical oncology patients. Each module will take about 15 to 20 minutes and will cover introductory information topics including:

  • Pharmacokinetics
  • Hospital hazards
  • Decision-making capacity
  • Appropriate prescribing
  • Delirium
  • Pain management

These geriatric learning modules are available to the general public, but you must have an account with MD Anderson's Sakai education portal. Please read the enrollment instructions before trying to access the modules.
