Lung cancer has unique biologic processes. Our primary interest and expertise is to understand the transcriptional and mutational basis basis of lung cancer development. We have a number of ongoing projects to decipher the messenger RNAs and microRNAs that drive these processes and the somatic mutations that underlie these transcriptional changes.
