Highlights
There will be a select number of short talks during the plenary session.
Poster sessions will occur on Wednesday and Friday evening with a dinner reception at each session.
Free Wireless Internet Café will be located outside of the conference room. There is wireless access throughout the M. D. Anderson.
Application
You will need to submit the on-line application and be accepted to attend this conference.
The on-line application can be submitted beginning Tuesday, September 15, 2009.
The conference organizers will advise you of your acceptance by e-mail which will include a link to the on-line registration. Please register immediately with payment to secure your acceptance.

Short Talks and Poster Presentations
Each applicant who submits an abstract will be considered for a poster presentation. Some of the abstracts will be considered for short talks in the plenary session according to their scientific novelty and the program needs.
The deadline for abstract submission is Thursday, November 12, 2009.
Withdrawal of an abstract must be made via e-mail by Thursday, November 19, 2009.
Please submit your abstracts through the On-line Conference Application starting Tuesday, September 1, 2009.
Participants will be notified of their poster acceptance by e-mail no later than Thursday, November 20, 2010.
Participants will be notified of their short talk as they are selected by the organizing committee.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
A one-month cancellation notice is required for a refund. An administrative cancellation fee of $75.00 will be retained on all refunds. Cancellations received after Sunday, January 10, 2010, are non-refundable. Please notify us by e-mail: register@mdanderson.org or fax: 713-794-1724.
