Whether it’s greeting our guests, scheduling patient visits or balancing budgets, our Administrative Professionals are vital to achieving our goal of Making Cancer History®. Administrative Professionals can be found within all areas of our institution including inpatient and outpatient units. 

When applying for our Administrative Professional positions, please be aware that they are generic postings varying in departments and work schedules. Before applying to our positions, be sure to review the experience and educational requirements of the position to ensure you meet the required minimum qualifications.

Assessment Requirements

If you are applying for a secretarial/clerical position, please be aware that you may be required to complete a skills assessment upon application submission. Your application will not be reviewed until the assessment has been completed.

This skills assessment takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. If you are unable to complete the assessment, please do not prompt the testing to begin. If you begin the testing and are unable to complete, the system will deny you re-entry to complete.

Administrative Assistant
Executive Assistants, Sr. Administrative Assistants and Administrative Assistants perform complex administrative and secretarial duties that require judgment within general guidelines to offer direct support for a department or one or more Physicians/Supervisors.

Sr. Secretaries and Secretaries perform routine and typical secretarial duties requiring judgment within general guidelines which impacts department efficiency and productivity.

Receptionists and Patient Services Coordinators greet patients, guests, and health care professionals by providing appropriate directions and information while coordinating all tasks associated with patient services.

Sr. Administrative Clerks, Administrative Clerks, Sr. Clerks and Clerks provide a variety of routine to highly complex clerical tasks which will support a section or department.

Call Center
Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Communications Center Supervisors/Coordinators, Welcome Center Attendants and Sr. Welcome Center Attendants are responsible for providing prompt and courteous information to callers by utilizing institutional systems.
