M. D. Anderson's Radiation Treatment Center is the most comprehensive facility of its kind in the world. Specially trained board-certified radiation oncologists are skilled in a wide range of standard and emerging treatments including proton therapy, brachytherapy and intensity-modulated radiation therapy.

Community-Based Care
Patient-centered care is our philosophy. In an effort to make daily treatments as convenient as possible, M. D. Anderson has several Houston-area clinical care centers that provide the same level of expertise and caring as our Texas Medical Center facility, but in a neighborhood setting. Easy accessibility and flexible scheduling lets you make appointments that fit into your routine at the most convenient treatment center. Free parking is available to patients at all treatment centers.

We realize that there's more to your cancer treatment than just radiation. The Radiation Treatment Center has social workers to help with financial and emotional concerns. We also offer nutritional guidance, support groups, and educational programs.
