The M. D. Anderson Head and Neck Center staff provides comprehensive care for patients who have benign or malignant tumors of the head and neck. Our complete staff of physicians, dentists, nurses, speech pathologists, audiologists, nutritionists, neuroradiologists, and social workers provides whatever care is indicated. Options for care include surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, or any combination of the three. We also provide second opinions. Patients have available many treatment options, including proven standard care and cutting edge research studies. These treatment plans are designed not only to reverse the progress of cancer, but also to improve the quality of life for cancer patients.
