Strategy 1.1- We will enhance our clinical excellence and leadership in interdisciplinary, research-driven and patient-focused care for cancer patients.
Strategy 1.2- We will focus our clinical care on those patients who can benefit most from our specialized services and those who are candidates for our clinical protocols.
Strategy 1.3- We will increase the quality and safety of clinical care, enhance productivity and efficiency, and contain costs by enhancing our infrastructure and support systems.
Strategy 1.4 - We will continue to enhance the patient experience by providing counseling, compassion and hope in a supportive environment.
*Strategy 1.5 - We will work with cancer care providers in the community to develop joint care delivery programs for selected patients and cancer survivors.
