Yoga
Relaxation class to relieve stress and restore focus.
Yoga provides a whole body approach to fitness and health. There is no fitness or flexibility requirement to attend these classes, just the desire to relax and work your body through relaxation and stretching techniques.
Yoga is currently being offered at the following times and places for just $8 per session:
HMB Evening Yoga: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M., On the terrace of HMB
