About Us
HMB Exercise Room
All classes are free of charge, except Yoga, and are located in the HMB basement. To find the exercise room, take the elevators to the basement and proceed down the long basement hallway. The only left turn hallway off the main basement hallway will lead you to the exercise room on the right (HMB B240). Men's and Women's locker rooms are marked and all are located on the main basement hallway.

Locker room amenities include:
- Two showers per locker room
- Lockers (Bring your own lock)
- Benches
- Sinks with mirrors
- Toilets
Exercise room amenities include:
- Two treadmills
- Two bicycles
- Two stretch trainer machines
- Two Elliptical machine
- Multi-station strength-training unit
- Steps
- Hand weights
- Exercise mats
- Ping Pong table
- Stereo
- T.V. with a VCR (For exercise videos)
Please help us keep the exercise room clean, obey all exercise room rules/policies and report any misconduct or unauthorized use of the exercise room to your wellness coaches. Upon beginning your exercise use in HMB, each participant must complete a PAR-Q & YOU health assessment. PAR-Q's are located in the exercise room on the sign up sheet table. Simply fill one out, sign your name and drop your PAR-Q in the drop box. A Wellness Coach will view your PAR-Q and place the assessment on file.
