Comprehensive Education
Graduates of our programs earn either a certificate or a bachelor of science degree. Our world-class tertiary care center performs more than five million cytogenetic, histologic, or other laboratory tests and more than 200,000 radiation therapy procedures annually, from the relatively uncomplicated to the highly specialized. This ensures that our School of Health Sciences faculty can provide our students with a comprehensive education that includes the entire spectrum of laboratory testing and radiation treatment procedures.

After Graduation
The School of Health Sciences students enter the job market with a wide range of skills and knowledge and routinely score in the top 25% on the national certification exams. Upon graduation and certification they are often recruited by leading health care organizations at competitive salaries.

The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award degrees at the baccalaureate, master's and doctoral levels.
